HOW WE WORK WITH YOU?
Very first thing we do is we sit with you (physically or online) to identify and document your requirements.
Next we discuss finance side of things, explain you our end to end process and our fees for this service.
If you agree to go ahead then we reach out to our extensive network that covers on-market, pre-market, off-market and post-market properties and identify best match for your needs.
Next, we finalise a property with you and negotiate on your behalf to get the best possible price.
Once a contract of sale is signed then we support you till settlement takes place and you get the keys! :)
